15: Proceedings from the International Conference on Medieval and Renaissance Scottish Language, Literature, and Culture

Edited by Tricia A. McElroy and David Parkinson

This collection of papers emerged from the 2021 International Conference for Medieval and Renaissance Scottish Language, Literature and Culture. Originally due to be held in the summer of 2020 at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Dr Tricia McElroy and her team pivoted to a rich online programme the following summer. The ICMRSLL is a flagship conference in the field, and we are delighted to present this long-awaited edition of the Journal in honour of the exceptional scholarship that endures and develops for scholars of late medieval and early modern Scotland. The Journal wishes to thank Dr McElroy, Professor Parkinson, and their contributors for their patience and grace throughout the publication process: per ardua ad astra. Or at the very least, to publication!
